I'm a retired businessman. If I still owned a firm no matter what Mountain Land Collections paid her I would pay more. A better recommendation and compliments for her efforts cannot be given. Rarely have I met someone of more worth to a firm than Heidi.

Switched from Bonneville to Mountain Land Collections over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail and their quick responses to emails/phone calls is superb! Hopefully you are lucky enough to have Kevin as your rep. he is always professional, accommodating and willing to help!

I love Mica and the team at Mountain Land. We have worked with them since we opened. When we need to use their services I have not had one complaint from my patients. They work with them on payment plans and never harass them. The staff is great to follow up with us on open accounts and do the best job collecting outstanding accounts for us.

LEXY was amazing! Obviously I don’t need to explain the financial crisis everyone is going through so my hospital bills were sent to collections. LEXY was so sweet and so easy to talk to. She was understanding and SO helpful. I woke up to a call from collections and was immediately having a bad day. But after a couple of minutes of the phone with Lexy I am having a great Tuesday and feeling so much better. She was so kind, very helpful and SO easy to talk with. Management! Please give her a raise :))

This is my 2nd collection company I have dealt in the past couple months trying to settle my medical bills after my surgeries. I've said it before and I'll say it again: these agencies are not the bad guys. They are just trying to do their job, which is collecting debt. I was fortunate to talk to Emily (I think is her name) she walked me through and figure out a plan to settle the debt. I paid a big chunk and I have one more payment and I'm done. I can honestly say that I haven't been harassed by this office and my experience was great. Emily even helped me set up an auto payment for the last one so I don't have to call them in order to pay.
